We aim to ship your products within 2-3 working days of receiving your order, all orders are dispatched on a 48 hour delivery schedule. We make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an e-mail telling you how soon we will be able to ship the order. If you wish to cancel the order you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.

Your right to cancel:
Further, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products with the exclusion of our ‘custom products’ or ‘special order’ which are not refundable and cannot be cancelled. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchases where the item/s has been unsealed. We also hold the rights to request that you inform us in writing or via telephone.
To cancel this contract, please pack the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (e.g. Customised Parts or Personalised Gift Certificates). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will either exchange the product or issue a full refund within 14 days of your delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, or change your mind, and notify us within 7 working days of delivery, we will offer you a choice of either exchange to another product or return of goods and refund for the goods. Any items that wish to be returned after the 7-day Distance Selling Regulations Notification period (and within 28 days of purchase) will be subject to a minimum 25% handling charge-If you have a change of mind or cancel for any other reason except if the item is found to be faulty. Items returned for refund or exchange which have been tested, trialled, or used will be subject to a greater handling charge. Any items returned with packaging or any other contents, such as fittings, looms, remote controls and instruction manuals missing or damaged will also be charged to the customer. Plush Automotive’s holds the right to charge additional costs for any returns than otherwise stated at their discretion; this may include for customised items or special orders.
