Product Purchase Terms & Conditions




You are provided with access to this Website/E-Commerce in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.


We reserve the right to: 


Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website.


Purchase of Products:


All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.




All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of delivery costs, except where stated. Prices and availability of products may be changed at any time without notice. Prices in retail stores may be different to the prices shown on this website. To be entitled to purchase any product from any of the retail stores, at the website price, please bring a printout of the required item(s)


Your right to cancel:


Further, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products with the exclusion of our ‘custom products’ or ‘special order’ which are not refundable and cannot be cancelled. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchases where the item/s has been unsealed. We also hold the rights to request that you inform us in writing or via telephone.

To cancel this contract, please pack the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you. 
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (e.g. Customised Parts or Personalised Gift Certificates). 
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. 
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will either exchange the product or issue a full refund within 14 days of your delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, or change your mind, and notify us within 7 working days of delivery, we will offer you a choice of either exchange to another product or return of goods and refund for the goods. Any items that wish to be returned after the 7-day Distance Selling Regulations Notification period (and within 28 days of purchase) will be subject to a minimum 25% handling charge-If you have a change of mind or cancel for any other reason except if the item is found to be faulty. Items returned for refund or exchange which have been tested, trialled, or used will be subject to a greater handling charge. Any items returned with packaging or any other contents, such as fittings, looms, remote controls and instruction manuals missing or damaged will also be charged to the customer. Plush Automotive’s holds the right to charge additional costs for any returns than otherwise stated at their discretion; this may include for customised items or special orders. 


Faulty Goods:


Most items carry 12 months manufacturers warranty. Any items which develop a fault will need to be returned to Plush Automotive at customers cost unless agreed before hand. We recommend you return the items by registered post for safe delivery. If you wish to return a faulty product to ourselves, please contact us at Sales@plush-automotive.com prior to shipping the product. Faulty goods returned which have been inspected by our engineers and found not to be faulty will be returned to the customer and will incur an appropriate carriage charge. It is therefore very important that all items are checked for a legitimate fault, by the customer, before returning them back to us.


Description of Goods: 


We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. 
We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.
All sizes quoted are approximate. The illustrations of colours and covers are representative only.


Order Acceptance Policy:


Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:


* Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment

* The identification of a pricing or product description error

* You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services Representatives.
The sales contract is therefore completed in England and is therefore contracted in to English Law. We follow the governance of the Sales of Goods Act 1979.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. 

Under the law, the Contract of Sale exists between us the retailer and you the consumer.

Consequently, if you have cause to complain, please contact us via email at sales@plush-automotive.com or by telephone, quote your order reference number and outline the nature of your complaint. We will then liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.


Warranty Conditions:


The guarantee is void if a fault results from misuse of the product. Examples of misuse would include:

* Use without correct fitting

* Subjecting the product to excessive wear and tear.

* Overloading the product.

* Not using the product for its intended purpose or not following the guidelines set out by its manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability:


While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights.

We will not be liable, in contract, (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the conditions for:


• any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or

• any loss of goodwill or reputation; or

• any special or indirect losses, suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the conditions.
• Nothing in the conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.

Loyalty Reward Points
You earn rewards points every time you spend with Plush Automotive. For every £1 you spend with Plush Automotive, you earn 1 plush reward point. Each point is worth approximently a penny, so if you spend £100 on your order, you would earn 100 Rewards points which converts to £1 off a future purchase. The points really do add up - we know because we see how much customers save when they spend them! Watch out for special Plush Rewards points promotions from time to time for the chance to earn extra Rewards points.


With Plush Reward Points you can spend them against the cost of new items (excludes: Vouchers and/or Special Items ('Example: Special Offers/Cash Exchange') - They can only be used against the ex.VAT side of the item and can not be used to pay for VAT or delivery.  For example item costs £100 + VAT (points for purchase 10,000 reward points + VAT) so total cost of purchase = 10,000 points + £20 'VAT' or £100 + £20 'VAT'


Points can not be used for cash exchange and we reserve the right to withdraw this loyality reward scheme 'without prejudice and without warning'.  Your points do not have any value outside of this scheme and can not be exchanged for cash or vouchers and can only be used against purchases from this site. If the scheme is cancelled/withdrawn your points will be void and will not be able to be exchanged for any item or cash. Your points can not be used to purchase any item in full as VAT and delivery will be required to be paid in £GBP or its equivelence. 


If you return an item the associated reward points will be removed/voided from your online account.  Once you have purchased an item the associated reward points will be added to your account within 72 hours of the purchase after the Sites Administrator has reviewed the purchase.  We reserve the rights to withhold/revise any points that we feel should/should not has been issued.  If there are any mistakes with this reward scheme we reserve the right to withdraw/revise any points without notice and/or prejudice.
